The Urban League of Essex County’s Young Professionals (ULECYP) is an affiliate of the Urban League of Essex County in Newark, NJ, dedicated to helping young professionals develop leadership skills, expand their networks, and create meaningful change in their communities.

 Over 265 youth are in the following programs:

  • Provide Early Childhood Education to 60 preschoolers
  • Provide Life Skills Classes to 100 at-risk teens
  • Deliver STEM and Coding Instruction to 30 youngsters
